Important details and deadlines
- Each institute can register up to 4 teams
- Each delegation may have a maximum of 6 and a minimum of 3 delegates
- Teams need to register through online portal and make payment before the stipulated deadline
- Registered teams will be contacted by the YLP Outreach Department within 2 days after payment has been made
- Delegates who make payment before 20th January will get a 10% waiver in the delegate fee
- The YLP Outreach Department reserves the right to accept or reject any delegation. The final say in this matter rests with the Outreach Department and may not be contested by the delegation(s)
- Accommodation to outstation delegations will NOT be provided by LUMS. However, good accommodations will be suggested once they have successfully registered and paid for the event
- Only delegations with complete payment status will be allotted committees
- The final decision of the committee allotment rests with the YLP Outreach Department. However, please bear in mind that priority will be given to teams with complete payment status

All payments must be made via the Payment Voucher generated from the portal and a scanned image of the paid Voucher must be uploaded afterwards
Kindly note that payments made in any form other than a valid Payment Voucher will NOT be accepted.
