Note: Early bird registrations have ended. Regular registrations are now open.

A guide to Junior and Regular Delegations

Junior Delegations

May comprise O Level Students, Matric Students or younger participants.

As a delegation, will only be eligible to content for Best Junior Delegation Award

“Junior Delegation” has no bearing on team size (or delegation cost) as the standard guide of 2-10 delegates per team shall still be followed

Regular Delegations

May comprise: University Level Students, A-Level/FSc Students, A mix of A-Level/FSc and O-Level/Matric Students

As a delegation, will only be eligible to contend for Best Delegation Award.

Phased Committee Allotment Schedule

Phase 1: Paid Early Bird Registration to receive committee allotments by 23rd November 2024.

Phase 2: Paid Registrations by 27th November 2024 to receive committee allotments by 3rd December 2024.

Phase 3: Paid registrations by 3rd December 2024 to receive committee allotments by 9th December 2024.

Delegations of a minimum of 2 or more individuals need to apply using the register LUMS website. Individual delegates need to register using the following link: Registraions Closed!

Registrations through any other method will not be entertained.

If there are any discrepancies between the information on this page and our Conference Policies, please note that our Conference Policies take precedence.

How to Register:

  1. Go to register.lums.edu.pk and select “Create an Account.”
  2. Confirm your account using the email verification and Login to the portal.
  3. Select the “Select an Option button to register for the event.
  4. Choose “LUMUN 21 (Local Participant)” for local registrations and “LUMUN 21 (International Participant)” for international registrations.
  5. Add in your team information including details of all individuals within the team.
  6. Click the ‘Add a Member’ button and choose the type of delegate (i.e., regular delegate or head delegate). Do this for all members of your delegation.
  7. Choose whether each member is opting for accommodation or socials.
  8. Select the committees for each member.
  9. Once all the details have been filled out, select “Save and Submit”
  10. Click on “Download Voucher”
  11. Your status should change to “Paid” once the payment has been made (Make sure to save your proof of payment)
