How to Register
Before you begin
Decide whether you are registering independently or with a delegation.
Delegations should have between 2 and 10 delegates.
Keep each delegate’s details and preferences ready before starting.
Choose your route
Choose whether to register as a Private Delegate or with a Delegation.
If registering as a delegation, enter the number of people in your team.
Complete your details
Complete the relevant form with all required details for each delegate.
Select accommodation and/or socials, then enter committee preferences for each delegate.
Pay & confirm
Once all details have been entered, proceed to payment.
Your status will change from “Unpaid” to “Paid.” Save your proof of payment for confirmation.

A Guide to Junior and Regular Delegations
Junior Delegations
- May comprise O Level Students, Matric Students or younger participants.
- As a delegation, will only be eligible to contend for Best Junior Delegation Award
- Junior Delegation has no bearing on team size (or delegation cost) as the standard guide of 2-10 delegates per team shall still be followed
Regular Delegations
- May comprise: University Level Students, A-Level/FSc Students, A mix of A-Level/FSc and O-Level/Matric Students
- As a delegation, will only be eligible to contend for Best Delegation Award.
- Regular Delegation has no bearing on team size (or delegation cost) as the standard guide of 2-10 delegates per team shall still be followed.
Phased Committee Allotment Schedule
Phase 1
Early Bird
Allotments by 11 November, 2026
For paid registrations made during the early bird period.
Phase 2
Standard Registration
Allotments by 12 December, 2026
For paid registrations completed by 1 December.
Phase 3
Rolling Allotments
As paid registrations are received
Committee allotments will be released on a rolling basis.
